Sometimes you have to follow your first instinct.
Several years ago I visited this shop to change my tire because the valve was leaking. They changed it, but because of the rudeness of the person that charged me for that operation I said to myself that I will never visit this shop again.
Fast forward to April 2022 and I needed 4 new tires for my car. After literally checking with every store in Osijek I decided to check with this shop again. As I figured out when I visited the shop, that same person that was rude all those years back is the owner, and he hasn’t changed a bit because again he was argumentative, rude and just obnoxious to deal with. I think wires got crossed along the way and he thinks he is in a position where the customer has to beg to get a service from him. I would assume he is used to people admiring him or taking what ever he says as a rule, but customer service and the sale process is just not there. This can be improved, but judging on the improvement done in 5 years, I really don’t see bright future in this area.
Just a notion after my encounter with this “gentleman”; I was able to get exact tires I wanted a lot cheaper and faster in another shop and I have to say that the service was amazing so in the end, I’m glad that I just left.
If you have that option and you appreciate your money, avoid this place.

Very professional, top notch service. From three different Tire Shops, they offered me best price, balanced wheels, recycling the old ones and delivery of my size of the tyre in 24 hours. For every recommendation!

I hope they do excellent service, atleast according to attitude of the owner -arrogant, rude, and condescending ... Seems like customer has to beg for their service - this is how "good" they are...
So, I choose to spend my money elsewhere.

I must give 5 stars to this place, the service has been impeccable, the job was done in 15 minutes, literally in and out of the shop, also the customer service and attention in reception has been great!
